Data we collect

This is a showcase website. It has no data-collection form. Bookings are made through the Booking and Airbnb platforms, which are subject to their own privacy policies.

If you contact us by email or phone, we only process the information you send us (name, contact details, content of your request) in order to reply.

Audience measurement

The site uses Umami, a self-hosted analytics tool running on our servers located in Europe. Umami works without cookies and without collecting personal data: statistics are anonymous and aggregated (page views, referrer, device type). No individual profile is built.

As this solution is exempt from consent, the site displays no cookie banner.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Should third-party services that set cookies be added in the future (Google Maps, Google or TripAdvisor reviews), a consent banner will be shown beforehand.

Legal basis and purpose

Email or phone exchanges are processed on the basis of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR), solely to respond to your enquiry.

Recipients and retention

Your data is never sold or shared for commercial purposes. The host (OVH, in France) acts as a technical processor. No data is transferred outside the European Union.

Exchanges are kept for a maximum of three years from our last contact, then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, email fautra.fmc@hotmail.fr.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
